A cheap house in Vabel Bulgaria, just 7km from the Danube in a fantastic village with all facilities available! This house is a fantastice Bulgarian investment property and certainly worth viewing. Set in a large garden of approximately 1,000m2, the property has outbuildings and extensions. The main house of the property consists of a basement area with 3 rooms and a ground floor area of a similar size, although we did not have the key on the day we went there th eowner currently lives in Pleven and will be happy to accompany us when your viewing trip is arranged. We were able to gain access to one fo the extension areas which consited of 2 rooms. The overall layout of the property would benefit from conversion and improvements, but structurally the property seems in reasonable condition.

A marvellous opportunity has arisen with this property as it represents excellent value for money and the living area is already large but capable of being improved upon.

Information on Vabel:

A fantastic Bulgarian investment opportunity in the village of VABEL. This village is pronounced, VER-BELL and is located in the North of the Country, it is situated to the North East of Sofia, 167 km away, it is 47 km from the major town of Pleven and just 7 km from the city of Nikopol and the river Danube, with a small beach and now a NEW FERRY CROSSING.

The village is in an excellent geographical location as it is within easy drive of Sofia, Pleven and the Danube. The exciting news about Nikopol, is that there is a brand new ferry crossing directly to Romania. The ferry crossing is due to open in a month or two and unlike some rumours that you may hear about various projects in Bulgaria, this one is true. We visited Nikopol this weekend and saw the new ferry port for ourselves. The advent of a new ferry port will mean that tourism is bound to increase, Property in Bulgaria is already very popular with Romanians as it is cheaper in general and so is the general economy of the country compared to Romania, so Romanians are happy to travel to Bulgaria for consumables and to buy real estate. Romanian people already commute daily from Romania to Bulgaria at the other ferry port to the West of Nikopol, in Vidin at CALAFAT. Property prices in this area have increased and are now commanding a premium over areas further inland and although still excellent value are not at the prices of several years ago. The same will happen in this area, as more tourism and trade are bought to the area. With our contacts we have managed to locate a village with an excellent geographical location, that has as yet, been relatively undiscovered by foreigners, VABEL.

PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE THIS AREA WITH OTHER CHEAP AREAS THAT ARE AVAILABLE ALONG THE RIVER DANUBE. VABEL IS A VILLAGE THAT IS GEOGRAPHICALLY MUCH HIGHER THAN THE DANUBE AND CONSEQUENTLY, DOES NOT SUFFER FROM FLOODING. VABEL IS EXTREMELY CLOSE TO A FERRY CROSSING. VABEL IS A GOOD VILLAGE THAT IS POPULAR WITH BULGARIANS FROM THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY, MANY SOFIANS OWN A SECOND PROPERTY HERE AS WELL. THERE ARE NO GYPSIES IN THE VILLAGE (as far as we are aware) I ONLY MENTION IT BECAUSE SOMEBODY IS BOUND TO ASK ME.
